In 1865, our founders George & Joe O’Bryan sustainably crafted their first pairs of overalls and work pants from the repurposed cotton fabric from Army tents. As stewards of a nearly 160-year-old- brand, we wanted to craft a product that was worthy of the name O’Bryan. Introducing the O’Bryan Organic Chino, a trouser that is equally as premium as it is sustainable. This chino is crafted with 97% organic cotton grown according to standards for organic agriculture, which prohibit the use of genetically modified seeds as well as synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Organic cotton farming practices help to protect the health of farmers, surrounding communities, and wildlife from the harms associated with conventional cotton farming practices. Featuring the same classic fit and hint of stretch as our Gold School Chinos but built with the best construction such as the fully alterable waistband and a cleaner hook & bar closure. No corners cut or details spared. We pay homage to our humble workwear roots with signature details like an Antique Brass Rivet and the original Duck Head trademark application from 1906 printed on the interior.
