Shipping / Returns / Exchanges

Policy:

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed and may be subject to a reduced refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed product may be returned if damage is due to a manufacturer defect. Once received at our facility, processing of your return and credit may take up to 7 business days. We cannot reimburse original shipping charges.

Gift cards will ship for free via FedEx Ground. If your order includes other merchandise, shipping charges will apply and gift cards will ship separately. Gift cards will only ship to the shipping address listed on the order. Expedited shipping options are not available on orders that include gift cards.

Returns:

Returns and exchanges are always free! To return your order please visit our returns website at https://returns.duckhead.com. Once you’ve generated your free FedEx return label, please write the return reason code next to the item(s) you are returning on your packing slip and place it inside your package. Attach the FedEx label to your return and drop it off at the closest FedEx location. Please allow 2-5 business days after we receive your order to process your refund. If an item was purchased at a Duck Head retailer, it has to be returned there.

When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with Purchase:

Promotional Gifts with Purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. If they are not returned with the order, AND the balance of what is left on the order does not equal the qualified amount, the customer will receive a refund for the items they return minus the retail cost of the promotional items included in the shipment. You may keep the promotional Gifts with Purchase if your order spend level (excluding tax) would still qualify after your return is processed. Please note: Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the date received in our warehouse

Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are always free!

Our returns portal now handles all types of exchanges! Just go to https://returns.duckhead.com/ and with your order number and zip code you will be able to exchange for a different size or a completely different item altogether. Once you click on the items you’d like to return you will be given the option to return for a refund or click on the Shop Now button. This will take you back to our website and you can easily shop for the items you want. Click checkout when you are finished and then you will be able to print out a return label.

Instant Exchanges – we now have the option for you to receive your exchanged item much faster! Please use the same link - https://returns.duckhead.com/ and just click on the items you are returning, choose the items you want in exchange and then at the end click on Instant Exchange where you will be asked for your credit card information to secure your exchange. As long as the items you are sending back are returned within 28 days of the submitted return date your card will not be charged.

We can ship to these locations with our FedEx Ground Economy shipping option.
